Tell us what happened. The conversation. The relationship. The situation. Whatever it is. We take it seriously. We don't need everything — just enough to understand what's unresolved and why it's stayed that way.
We review.
Our team reads the full file. We assess what, if anything, is unresolved and whether it's resolvable. We're honest: some things can be resolved with the right framing. Some things can't. We'll tell you which is which.
We issue a determination.
Resolved, Unresolvable, or Pending Further Evidence. Each comes with a brief written explanation — not advice, just an honest read of what's in the file and what it means. You can do what you want with that information. That's yours.
The file is closed.
We archive it. You can reference it. We don't re-open closed files. That's the point. Once it's closed, it's closed. You don't have to carry it anymore.
